These Terms of Service govern your use of toysventure.com (the "Site"), operated by Toys Venture. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Children may use our products under adult supervision.
2. Products and safety
We make every effort to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Always follow the age recommendations and safety warnings on each product. Some toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision is recommended for all play.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that the payment details you provide are yours or that you are authorized to use them.
6. Shipping
Delivery times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery takes 10 to 12 business days after dispatch.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Toys Venture or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Toys Venture is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
