Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 10 to 12 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather or peak seasons.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any free shipping offers will be shown clearly on the site and at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will email you a link so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.
Where we ship
We ship internationally. Available countries are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels refused because of unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to update it before it ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
